You can make one-time purchases on Badoo (like credits), or start a subscription. Refund eligibility depends on our Terms and Conditions, and the factors below:
- The platform you used (iOS, Android, or Web)
- Your location
- What you purchased
Apple payments (iOS):
Apple manages payments and refund decisions for Badoo payments made through Apple. To request a refund:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Select 'I would like to' and choose 'request a refund'
- Follow the prompts to submit your request
Google Play payments (Android):
To request a refund:
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Select the Badoo purchase, then tap Request a refund
Card, PayPal or Badoo Web payments:
If you paid through card, PayPal or directly through Badoo Web, please contact our support team. Our team will review your request and get back to you.
