Badoo offers a few paid features to help you maximise your experience.
Badoo Premium:
- See who likes you: unlock people who have already sent you a like
- Your sent messages get priority: push your sent messages to the top of the recipient's inbox
- 1 crush per day: tell someone you have a crush on them and stand out from everyone else
- Remove ads: turn off all ads shown
- Undo accidental left swipes: undo a no vote
- Bonus credits on credit purchases: receive additional credits on credit purchases in app
- Get unlimited filters: use unlimited filter options to find the people you’re looking for
- Browse profiles privately:
- View profiles without notifying them that you’ve viewed.
- Snooze your profile and take a break without losing matches and messages.
- Hide your profile from everyone except your existing matches.
- For Badoo Premium, you can subscribe for 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, and Lifetime
Badoo Extra:

Credits:
You can buy credits by clicking on the credit balance shown on your profile page. Credits are not a monthly subscription, but rather a top-up system to enhance specific interactions.
They are a great way for you to boost your visibility on Badoo. For example, you can use credits to:
- Move to the top of Discover
- Be seen by more people in Encounters
- Show people you’re online and ready to message to increase your chances of getting messages
Unlock chats (without a match)
Purchase Extra Shows to make your profile appear to more people in Encounters
Send a "Crush"
Purchase Read Receipts
Auto refill
Note: Auto refill is only available on Badoo web and Android.
On Badoo web or Android devices, you also have the option to automatically top up your Credits if your balance falls below 200. When purchasing Credits, simply check the box below your payment details that states “Refill my Badoo credits automatically when the balance falls below 200 credits” to enable this (this is completely optional).
If you want to disable this feature later on:
- Go to your Profile
- Open your Settings (the cog icon)
- Scroll to ‘Payment settings’
- Under ‘Auto refill’ make sure this is set to ‘Disabled’
How long do my Credits last?
Your purchased Credits expire 6 months after you buy them, unless you purchased them through the Apple App Store
If you delete your account, or if we close it because you've broken our Terms, you'll lose any unused Credits

Free or promotional Credits may expire at any time, so be sure to use them before they do
Promo codes and free trials
We don’t currently have the option to redeem promo codes, but we do run special offers from time to time. When available, these will appear as in-app notification banners so you won’t miss them. You’ll also always find the latest pricing details and any active promotions on the payment page.
Having issues making a purchase?
If credits you've already purchased haven’t appeared in your account, please contact our Support Team and include proof of purchase (such as a receipt or transaction confirmation) so we can investigate.
If you’re unable to make a purchase, simply reach out to Support for help, and our team will look into the issue and guide you through the next steps.
