Here’s how to keep your subscription running smoothly or make changes whenever you need.
How to subscribe
- Open your profile tab (bottom right corner)
- Under ‘Plans’, choose either ‘Get Extra’ or ‘Get Premium’
- Follow the on-screen instructions, choose your preferred payment method, and complete your purchase
Checking your subscription
To see your plan, renewal date, or payment method:
- Open Badoo
- Tap your profile → Settings → Payment & Subscriptions
Upgrading your current subscription
To upgrade your subscription plan:
- Open Badoo and tap the Profile icon
- If you already have an active Badoo Extra subscription, you’ll see a banner inviting you to upgrade to Premium
- Follow the steps in-app to complete your upgrade

Updating your payment details
You can manage payments through the store where you first subscribed:
- iPhone: Settings → Your name → Subscriptions
- Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Web: Badoo.com → Settings → Payment & Subscriptions
