If you’re having trouble logging into your Badoo account, here are some common issues and how to fix them:
Incorrect login details
- Double-check that you’re using the correct phone number, email address, or account linked to your profile (Google, Facebook, or Apple ID)
- If you no longer have access to the Facebook account you used when first creating your profile, and you haven't added a secondary login method, you won't be able log in. We recommend contacting Facebook to try and regain access to your Facebook account or, to create a new profile with a different login method.
- If you signed up with your phone number, make sure to enter it exactly as you did when registering (including your country code if needed)
Not receiving the login verification call or email
- Ensure your phone has a good signal and that you’ve entered the correct number
- If you’re using email, wait a few minutes. Sometimes the verification email may take a bit to arrive
- You can also tap ‘Resend’ to try again
Logged in with the wrong account
- Having multiple Badoo accounts is not recommended. However, it's possible you accidentally created a second account by signing up with a different login method, such as using your Apple ID instead of your phone number
- Try logging out and back in using the other login options you might have used before
Account access issues
- If you still can’t log in, your account may be temporarily locked or under review for safety reasons
- At the moment, it's not possible to change your email address yourself. If you need to change it, just reach out to our Support team, and they’ll be happy to help.
