Reporting Content
If you are in Australia and believe that illegal or restricted content is accessible on or through Badoo, reporting that content directly through the app is the most efficient way for us to quickly review the material and take appropriate action.
To do this, click on the ‘Report’ button in the Badoo app, navigate to the section ‘Illegal content’ and follow the reporting process, choosing the reason for the complaint and providing us with any additional relevant information. Our team will review your report and notify you of the outcome once our investigation is complete.
If you made a report to us about illegal or restricted material on Badoo and you are not satisfied with our response, you can ask us to review our decision by following the link set out in our response within one month of being notified of the outcome. We will conduct a review and notify you promptly of the review outcome.
Please keep in mind that you should submit reports in good faith, and avoid misusing the reporting function. We may take action against users who abuse our reporting channels. For example, if you frequently submit reports that are frivolous, vexatious or otherwise not made in good faith, we may suspend or terminate your account.
Thank you for keeping our community safe online—safety is our top priority.
